yep, 3-1 forward split on Monday for INTQ. Bought more at 16 1/2 near the close, and the mms immediately moved the offer up to 17 1/2 and the bid up to 16 1/2

Intelliquis Announces 3-For-1 Stock Split

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 12, 1999--Intelliquis International
Inc. (OTC BB:INTQ) Monday announced its board of directors has approved a
3-for-1 stock split payable to shareholders of record as of the close of
business on April 23, 1999.

The split will be effected in the form of a stock dividend of three shares of
Intelliquis common stock for each share of common stock outstanding on the
record date.

"The stock split reflects Intelliquis' strengthened financial and operating
performance, and our confidence in the continued growth and long-term
financial future of our business," said Bernard Yaw, Intelliquis President and
Chief Executive Officer.

"The stock split is intended to improve market interest and broaden
ownership of the company's common shares." Yaw said.

After the stock split, there will be approximately 32,000,000 common shares
outstanding.
