Now the wild card is MSFT and AOL. If they come into the fray, things will get explosively complicated. Looks like AOL and MSFT don't have synergy with Comcast, TWX to make any significant deal. So the AOL/MSFT/TWX/UMG/RR alliance is not ready at this stage. AOL hates to work with MSFT. And Comcast would rather work with AT&T than work with MSFT or AOL.
