Theory: Pure speculation on my part.
We had some new shares come to the market through a private placement. Due to the new abundance of shares out, the stock was heavily shorted, putting a major drag on its price. In addition to that occurence, their were a group of friends/investors who attempted to walk it down with selling pressure, all the while knowing they had every intent to buy right back lower and cause another run. Manipulation; of course, when a stock can be had for 20-40 cents/share, lots of shares can be had by close groups, thus massive manipulation can easily occur. I believe we have just witnessed this over the past several days to two weeks. Good news for those, like me, who sit with our thumbs up our asses, it is very near the time for the tide to turn. The damage has been done, and the audience is certainly in place, and now we will get a massive spike, the likes of which this stock has not seen. I say all this while the company fundamentals are sound and orders and shipments are moving better than ever in their history. I may be offbase with my speculation, but parts if not all is probably the case. The best news is for those who have chosen to accumulate while this selloff manipulation has taken place, cause I believe it will soon reverse its course, and there will be a major up move very soon...
