Thanks Mario and Richard. I agree it's a bit tough to get a handle on the future from what management said; I hope that was inadvertent rather than intentional obfuscation. Based on the analyst's more positive view, today's selloff may be a case of some folk not wanting to wait and take the chance that things maybe aren't turning around for Atmel. Weekend trading and early Monday trading will be particularly fun (perhaps in a sick way) to watch as the dust settles: will more folk be scared out by today's decline? or will bargain hunters move in? I still have my money (literally and figuratively) on 30 by July earnings report but I have to admit: Q1 was less positive than I had expected. sigh. Cheers/t
