Is it an all-or-none order? I have problems getting executions when I try to move a big lot like that (buy or sell) in one fell swoop. On the other hand, my price usually is somewhere between the bid and ask at the time :) That's why I prefer AON limit orders when trading stocks like COMS where the volume virtually guarantees someone will meet both your price and lot size.
