I heard it passed. I don't think they are preparing another blockbuster press release to announce it! Management owns 52% of the stock. They are in control. I wouldn't doubt if the sell off this week is partly in response to the $4.50 share price passing. I think all of the original employees of Odesta and Open Text got shares at $12, which have been pretty much worthless until Monday. I was so pissed that I sold 60% of my shares last week. I'll probably sell the rest this week just because I'm still pissed. It's not like it wasn't their fault the stock went from $26 to $4. Maybe when all of the employees dump their stock and drive the price back down to $4.50 I'll buy some more.
