Your situation is but one of the problems with our society today. What do you recommend I do about it? To the best of my knowledge I behaved honorably and in a "neighborly" manner. I was rebuffed. What would you have me do to avoid your implied disapproval? Please allow me the opportunity to apologize for the poor wording of the sentence. I did not indent to imply that you did anything wrong. My intent was to say that situations, like the one you experienced, the attitude of the offenders parents, was the problem. You did handle the situation in an honorable and neighborly manner. For some reason what I was thinking didn't come out as clearly when typed. :-( "If you ignore the problem, it'll go away" doesn't work and people are just beginning to see the results. This statement I believe is how some parents handle some situations involving their kids. They believe that if they don't have to take a good look at what they, the kids, are doing, that somehow it won't be their problem. This is just not the case and I believe that we are seeing that in this situation. Again, I apologize. PB
