Hi Sam,
Chartcraft's TIR Master checked in this week at +91.5 *, it's first venture into positive territory since 2/2/99. The previous recent high was last November when the TIR Master topped out at +160.
All 3 a/d lines remain above where they were 10 days ago, a healthy sign.
