Why are you calling the allegations about Mr. Pearl rumors, when there are factual? There has been no denial on the part of the company.

I also think that since the facts were made public, the stock price has suffered. I am also sure that these revelations have made some potential investors somewhat cautious about the company. While it can be argued that these criminal matters happened a long time ago, it may be enough for some people to avoid the company.

I don't think it serves much purpose to dig out old news, but there is NO valid reason to try and deny that the events happened. Many investors/speculators like to know what management is made up of.
