Yields.... The converts have a floor...Plus there is a buyout provision. "...but in no event less than $2.49 per share, subject to adjustment (the "Floor Price"). Anyway what do you know about Leon Black? Guy got rich from Drexel...really rich.. Not a lot of public info on the guy....other than $75mil ain't really that much to him. His group has from what I read over $7 bill in investments in over 25 companies. Besides looks like with $75 mill, RRRR can pay off the PP.
