Max,

I received my proxy today, and it looks as though we'll be getting 85 cents a share of Peptide stock for each share of Oravax stock.

That's about what I had expected, and I continue to be surprised that ORVX is selling around 50 cents. It still looks like a lot of free money lying around to me.

The only surprise was that it sounds as though the only outlet for Peptide stock will be on the London exchange. I had thought there was discussion about retaining the OTC (or reclaiming the NASD) listing for Peptide ADR's, so they'd be represented on the US markets.
