You don't think those MMs are worried about the audit numbers being release on the 30th do you. If that happens the stock price will be ALL over the place. Also... HGRM??? ----- Foilmark completes HoloPak merger NEWBURYPORT, Mass., April 23 (Reuters) - Foilmark Inc. on Friday said it completed its acquisition of HoloPak Technologies Inc. in a deal worth $12 million in cash and stock. Under the deal, the company said HoloPak will become a wholly-owned subsidiary and that each common share of HoloPak converts into 1.11 shares of Foilmark and $1.42 in cash. Foilmark said both companies make holographic images and hot-stamp foils, which include shines for paperbacks, credit cards and labels. Foilmark, through its HoloPak unit, will make optical security devices that will provide end users with a method to verify products and prevent duplication. Some applications for these products include driver licenses, currency and tax stamps.
