Reality Check Dipy. The time when analysts go from issuing buys on a stock to a series of holds is the absolute worse time to buy a stock. Your advice is flat out wrong. No serious investor would think otherwise.

Moreover, when analysts issue a series of new strong buys on a stock is absolutely a very good time to buy a stock. For further explanation, you might want to look at 30 years of research compiled by Ben Zacks. It is clear that the single factor that most drives a company's stock price is an analysts earnings revisions, which as we all know is the single factor that most impacts an analyst's recommendation.

Thus the only advice that is useless, indeed less than useless is your advice on analysts' recommendations.
