That speech was positively terrifying. Stripped of all its unnecessary verbiage, it says: Nato has the right to go anywhere in the world, attack anybody in the world, invade any country in the world, that it thinks needs it, without asking anybody's permission or getting any approval from the rest of the world community.

I know Barry and nuke are cheering. Open season on the whole world. Am I the only person who thinks this is downright terrifying?
