that surprises me also Charles,I had thought they would be traded on this side---thinking I might take the 85cents(my cost basis is 57 cents).Regards the 50cents price,I think until the shareholders O.K.
the completion of this deal,people feel a risk factor.
I myself don't even know how to trade on the London exchange,my Broker is AGEdwards and I don't know if they can trade for me on that exchange:but I and personally feel there is no alternative but to vote yes on the Proxy.Good Luck,Max
