Knowledge of financial accounting aids an investor and analyzing financial statements is hardly a waste of time. Or would you have the entire case study method of instruction be eliminated? And one who sells a subscription service based upon analyzing the financial statements of an industry's publicly-traded companies certainly has an incentive to do so and to publicize his analyses in the hopes of receiving more business. Ignorance often leads a person to make rash judgments about others. I don't know what prompts someone to engage in attacking others.
