>if intel gets pressed, they can drop the prices beyond >AMD's profitability, then the pressure will be on AMD. can intel do this without being accused of dumping (antitrust violation)? maybe someday we will see intel needing to file an application with the ftc before it can cut prices, the same way at&t has to do now (long distance would be much cheaper, temporarily at least, if it weren't for antitrust measures).
