ABMI could not have said ALL obligations in its release. My understanding is that the Company is "obliged" to pay $200,000 in the future IF AND ONLY IF the Omni-Filter patent is sold. If the company retains the product and develops it in-house, there is no obligation to pay anything. -Dan A.
