Stocks trade on their future, Not their past. I assure you that within 2 years ATHM revenues and profits will zoom past AOL. No one other than net people, heard of AOL 4 years ago. AOL is overpriced and not prepared for Broadband cable --- investor in AOL are buying based on name recognition alone == that investment is similar to buying Railroad stocks when airlines just got started. If you compared the revenues of the two at the time you would be saying the exact same thing. We all know what happened to the Railroad stocks.
