The new contract is very reflective of the increase in the number of
aircraft that BDB is producing. Lets look at the positives for
Derlan
1. Their growing aerospace business
2. K & M Electronics is expanding rapidly
3. Semiconductor equipment manufacturing is making a comeback
4. The increase in oil will benefit their pump division
5. The parts are worth a lot more then book value
