I can't wait to hear your spin later in the year (maybe sooner) when they announce a restructuring. You talk about facts, yet you have your head in the clouds. I, unlike you, have read the bond indenture, reviewed the bank loan covenants, analyzed the Motorola investment, debt guarantees and MSA deferment. I know why the bonds are trading at 50 cents on the dollar. I know why Motorola will force a restructuring before they are forced into an equity capital call later this year. I know how many warrants are going to be issued to Motorola starting in the 3rd quarter with a strike price of 1 penny (maybe you have heard about dillution). All this information can be found in public documents.

You might read closely the press release regarding big Ed's departure. Motorola clearly states that they will be evaluating their options. Their next investment will be a forced capital call later in the year. Not something a smart investor would due when bondholders don't think they can get half their money back. You should also note that the new CEO has a lot of experience in corporate restructuring. With Ed and Roy out of the way, the path is open to this process. Watch for the catalysts.

Maybe I should waste my time copying and pasting all this valuable information for you. I don't think that is a good idea. If you are as foolish as your posts and your positions, I doubt you would take the time to do real research and due dilligence. That is why people like you go down with the ship.
