Cascade's CEO Smith and CFO Blondin are not on the same page according to the Fortune article. And I plan on being on the 'sidelines' when the Q results are announced. That is, I would rather err on the side of caution and believe the CFO. - Also, I'm still confused why it hasn't been taken into consideration that Cascade didn't put a dollar amount on it's agreements with Earthlink and Voyager. (Cascade only said it was "proud to announce.") Especially because it came on the heels of WCom's (UUnet) announcement of a $300 mil deal with Fore Systems two days earlier that directly effected Cascade's income.
