Versus, through the Versus network, provides electronic order routing and management services to more than 100 North American institutional investors and investment dealers. The Versus network enables clients to access Reuters Canpros and Click Trader as an integrated product to optimize the implementation of single stock and block trading strategies. The Reuters Canpros product integrates diverse sources of information to provide the financial services industry with a cohesive picture of the market including access to real-time quotes, analytics and graphics and integrates Reuters extensive information databases with a state-of-the-art user interface. Reuters Canpros will allow users to create their own screens or use predesigned layouts using object oriented technology. Through a licensing agreement with Versus, Reuters Canpros is now integrated with Click Trader to provide the professional equity trader with seamless order entry capability to multiple North American markets, including the Canadian exchanges using the Stamp gateway. Combining Reuters Canpros and Versus Click Trader was a natural next step in Versus Technologies' product evolution. Click Trader will provide clients with an easier and more effective way in which to execute orders, and will continue to allow them to have access to the North American marketplace through the Versus network.
