I guess I won't be able to convince you that investors can in fact get more than 20% of foreign content in their RRSPs, regardless of where they live in Canada. If your 80% is invested in a fund that has 20% foreign content, then this gives you .80 x .20 or 16% plus the 20% direct investment, for a total of 36%, which I believe is what you were complaining about.

May I suggest that you consult your investment advisor to confirm what I am saying.

You seem very bitter for some reason. Directing your anger at people from other provinces is very misguided and is based on grossly inaccurate information. Look to yourself first for the solution to whatever problem you are struggling with.
