ADI Technologies Inc - ADI agrees to private placement ADI Technologies Inc ADH Shares issued 28,658,588 1999-04-23 close $0.37 Friday Apr 23 1999 Ms. Jean Monroe reports ADI Technologies has agreed to a private placement of 1,610,964 shares at 25 U.S. cents per unit. Each unit shall consist of one share and one warrant, each warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional share for two years at 75 U.S. cents in the first year and at $1 (U.S.) after the first anniversary year, provided that the closing price of the shares on the VSE, measured over 10 consecutive trading days, is greater than $2 (Canadian) per share.
