Only if they know about it and only if it is without their consent. Maybe they are perfectly OK with it. Maybe ZSUN pays them a fee. Or maybe they haven't a clue. I'm sure jj or Floyd will be contacting them soon and we'll have our answer. Either way, that does not change the fact that Tobin claimed, in a company press release, that it took 4 months for HIS employees to develop the program. The press release is misleading in that it gives investors the idea that the "plug and play" software is of future value to the company since it can be sold to others. If they did not develop this software as stated in the PR, then no boudt adoubtit folks, this one's gonna get axed!!!!
