The BCI consortium expects to invest approximately US$ 1 billion in deploying state-of-the-art fixed telecommunications networks Did anybody notice this from the previous post? BCE has a lot of cash from their sale of the 20% stake to Ameritech. It appears as though some of that cash will be spent on equipment purchases. Nortel would be the logical vendor. Ken
