Ahhaha- I walked away from my computer, and I continued to think about your post concerning competition. I remembered a friend of mine in the night club business. He said another night club was opening across the street. I asked him if he was worried about the competition. He said, "Hell no! I will help them move their furniture in the building if they wish." He was trying to tell me that competition is good. The new club will attract even more customers to the "location." In other words, there is MORE awareness that entertainment exists.

Is that a benefit that you are talking about by keeping ATHM and RR separate? Let them go on their own separate way. Their competition will bring an AWARENESS to broadband. Each fighting each other for market share will be healthy. It will be the best competition against OTHER high speed avenues like DSL. Is that what you are trying to communicate?
