Gary:

OT

I have moved much of my OSX money into small cap funds. Russell 2000 still is 14% below its 1998 peak and acting considerably better of late. If many key cyclicals can suddenly surge I suspect the Russell 2000 will do the same before this bull is over. Markets usually do only broaden after big drops. But this one has already broadened considerably the last few weeks, and I see no reason why it will not broaden further before the peak.

I see the Russell 2000 climbing another 10-20% before long. And downside risk is much less than the OSX. But the really big bull in small caps (and the OSX as well) probably will not come until after the next major market drop.
