I guess it depends when you bought the stock and at what price ... the press release indicates the deal probably won't contribute to the bottom line until FY 2000 ... the positive spin on the deal would tend to give credence to the possibility of BOSTQ exiting bankruptcy successfully (which could only be good for shareholders - how much "good" though is a legitimate question) ... but the negative spin needs to be investigated more fully ... Does Heinz have any sort of option on the name and brand if Boston Market does NOT successfully reorganize? Lots of questions in this stock ...
