I really don't have any info that is not public knowledge, nor I am I very familiar with the company.
My view is that the down side was quite limited, and the potential otherwise interesting.
Profit taking may be an issue, depending on who got in where, and I respect your comment about the appropriateness of "spreading" some types of info on the net.

There is another up and comer called ZTST Toronto over the counter that should be very attractive. They have an alogrithm for encryption, not subject to U.S. restrictions for export etc. applicable to fax and other telecommunications.
