I don't know, 2.5 million shares in a 7 month time frame doesn't strike me as excessive. Not at all. In light of the fact that full production - thus sales and revenue - hasn't begun yet, seems reasonable. Especially given the start-up expenses necessary. Total of 19 million sounds pretty small compared to a lot of bb stocks out there.
