Dennis - Did I understand you right? Are you saying that your friend is using a cable modem with a satellite dish? How is that possible? At present, I use a cable modem but I am moving to an area where (TV) cable is not available yet because it is a new area of town. So I will be getting a satellite dish, but I am not aware that I could use a cable modem with it. Could you tell me more info or where to get more info on this? I love cable modem, and do not want to go back to regular telephone type of modem. Thanks, Pices
