so, you came back, huh? norton's obviously doing something right. i was really impressed the other day when, i think it was carolyn, said windoctor in utilities 4.0 tracked down 171 windows errors.

anyway, you provided a link to nu4.0 info on the symantec site. here's one of many recent product reviews for system works 2.0 (which contains utilities 4.0). this particular review, imo, is most informative and objective.
