Rosen is talking like thye will distribute shares to cpq shareholders. NOT doing this would be an EP and EM trick, but since they are gone I don't see how they can afford NOT to do this. Confidence in cpq is at an all-time low right now and I think Rosen will make some good moves over the next few months. Should be interesting to watch this saga (tradegy?) unfold...
