RTev- Thanks for the link. It does look like we might have more than a month until all the cards are on the table. The offer by T looks good. Ahhaha feels there is more value to UMG and this is not the end to the negotiations/surfacing of counter bids and "other" suitors. It should be interesting. I truly hope the FCC stays out of this one. There will be pressure from groups that see this as a cable monopoly attempt. How will AOL and other ISPs react to this proposed merger? Will they use this to fuel their "pipe access" complaint? I think so. It's Saturday and 4:30 A.M. central time. Time to wake up everyone! Ed
