Morning Suzanne, you did a great DD job..But Henry's reference <He says most convertible debentures have a ceiling.> is not true. Very rarely does a floorless have a ceiling..Generally if a placement has a ceiling, it will also have a floor..This type of financing is last effort financing,usually placed by companies who's backs are to the wall..After the recent 10K,,it appears to me, their backs have been shoved tighter to that wall...I look for further dilutive financing.An institution would most likely require a cleaning of the books before lending this company money.(I still look for a reverse split down the road...)DD
