Angel, the local papers I referred to were the ones in Florida, as the regional SEC office is located there, as well as the company and its officers. I have not learned of any action taken on the part of shareholders in cooperating with Mork in his suit, and whether or not it will be at all productive. This would be the least costly approach to shareholders, but Tidegliders recommendation to simply hire an attorney will definetly create action, now. The end results are yet to be seen. Both are courses of action the group can take, they should be considered for which will bring about the best results. I am hopefully contacting an attorney in Ft. Lauderdale this weekend to get his views on this. This is not an area of his expertise I do not believe, but, it is a start. The group has always been solid in sticking together, and my suggestion at this point is to ask each member to please be prepared to act in the near future. That organizing will be worth the time spent. Group efforts will not go unnoticed, but as individuals it may. That is what I hope to see avoided.
