GKS and Tonto, I totally agree. You both have valid questions about managment, share structure, and financials. This is exactly why I am trying to round up the shareholders and demand a conference call to resolve all of this. If anybody owns shares of MXNT and would like to have a conference call, email me at mattb@talstar.com I am holding all the emails until I get enough. Then I will send out a share-proxy form. By the laws of the SEC, they must do what we ask. I think that some of your questions have been answered in the "overview" posted by Michael Graham. Do a quick search or go to my Research Report on the stock and get the link to it. FM
