Then Yorkton has alot to learn about Internet commerce. At this stage in the game, that is an incredibly stupid excuse for killing a stock that represents Canada's first major entry into the Internet commerce arena.

Valuation based on earnings on this type of stock is not going to fly if it turns out that they have jumped on as buyers at much higher price levels then their valuation. Especially after they killed the stock with their so called valuation based on earnings and caused thousands of Canadians to lose significant amounts of what may have been their retirement funds.

They can try to use the valuaton excuse but they will have their butts handed to them if the regulators find any discrepancies in what they say publicly and what they actually do in terms of buying and selling of the stock.

God help them if they are in any way connected with the "massively organized short attack" or the big buyers at much cheaper prices thanks to their valuation. What will their excuse be then? That they are speculating? That won't fly in Ontario, thank God.

The Americans can see this is a great opportunity and will put their support behind BIDS as they have with other Internet stocks. Where would Amazon, Yahoo or AOL be if they had Yorkton analyzing their stock? In court with Yorkton I bet.
