RE UTEK Balance Sheet.

I never read about this, but from Real estate days.... Losses on the books are actually hidden assets IF a company later turns profitable... The losses are tax credits (Pete would know better, but I think they are called "carry forwards") and show up as bottom line net income in profitable years. One has to be careful to not use this income when looking at earnings growth....

Anyone know of these losses show up on a balance sheet as some sort of hidden asset?
