Perhaps you could go to AIDS-related Usenet groups and look for a hint there? Activists have a close working (and in some cases, collaborative) relationship with the FDA. I haven't monitored any of the discussion there for some time, but I remember seeing a post (not necessarily in Usenet) saying that approval was expected by the time that AGPH would be ready for launch. I believe that the time point mentioned was mid-March.

Please note that I didn't check on the reliability of the person who posted. For all I know, he or she might have been a SI user engaged in wishful thinking. :-)

There's no way, ethical or otherwise, that the company or FDA is going to give us a road map. The clinicals and submission were completed in record time. There have to be loose ends to tie up, under the most optimistic of scenarios. Labeling and validation issues are always a pain, even under more normal circumstances. I'm opting for patience, looking at the Roche deal and salivating over potential market share. Now, if we could only get Merck to be nice. :-)

(fat chance)
