thall; Currently Davidson Tisdale does not have a web site. In addition we do not have an investors package at this time. If you e-mail me a postal address I will put you on the mailing list for annual report. Stock has been quiescent for some time at 5 cents. But recently went up 32 cents on 500,000 shares in one week. Rumors of large local strike at depth on Royal Oak Pamour Mine(next door) Other claims directly adjacent are also being drilled.Could be a revival oof the good old days when we traded at $42.00 We have a program planned for the spring to test a possible deep target(MAY 1997) Bill Jackson
