I agree Scottey. That post provides excellent information that the shareholders are using as a guide in investing in this company. I wouldn't buy a single share of NHLT if my decision were only based on prior SEC filings. I have bought based on the future direction and potential of NHLT and the fact that the merger with HealthLink International is apparently proceeding as planned, since we haven't heard to the contrary. A health care network that took nine years and includes over 75% of this country's health care providers and over 70% of this country's hospitals is certainly a very powerful tool for any company.
