John, actually the last four months stock action could be resolved either way, it could be a base forming in anticipation of actual production, or it could be a prelude (or distributory phase) in anticipation of Mr Murphy having won another round. There was anticipation of a "material order" by January 27, and now almost 3 months later, there is still only anticipation. If this anticipation is not resolved within a rational time frame, there is a "real and present danger" that VLNC will retest last year lows. It is a very interesting balanced state between the bulls and the bears, but I for one, am not smart enough to determine who will win this current battle. Zeev
