Suzanne, I will file your response for a later date..remember, every measurement of a company's success is based and divided by the number of shares out,or number of fully diluted shares out. These measurements will determine the quality of financing the company receives,period.. To underestimate the divisor is looking for trouble IMO..good luck, will revisit when the Q comes out.DD
