Yeah, Black is the Principal and Founding Partner of Apollo Management, L.P. and Apollo Advisors, L.P. and other rleated firms. But could you explain to me what you think the direct involvement of Black will be here, and not the indirect relation via Apollo? This is a drop in the bucket for Apollo, and I'll bet once we learn the terms of the financing we'll see that they (Apollo) got pretty darn favorable terms. Anaxagoras
