It's risky to pin your hopes only on takeovers and rumors. The company seems to be addressing problems which depressed recent earnings and it has a great chart pattern. The base formed between 20 and 22 is enormous and should lead to higher prices over the next two months(at least 25 and probably higher). A buyout is just a "bonus", but the stock should do okay on its own.
