$1,030,000.

Simpson Bay is a highly successful Internet marketing company will use technology developed by Starnet Communications
(OTB: SNMM) to revolutionize the way Internet traders play the stock markets around the Globe. Utilizing the simple traditional
sports wagering format, all size players on Wall Street will now be able to enjoy the excitement of the lucrative futures and
options markets; investments generally only available to highly capitalized investors. Wallstreet.com will utilize the marketing
efforts of Starnet's largest licensee and is expected to be highly profitable from its first day of operation. Under the software
lease arrangement, Starnet will enjoy a percentage of all the revenue derived from wallstreet.com. Forbes Magazine was
quoted as calling "Starnet the Microsoft of the Internet gambling industry."

The sale of wallstreet.com was coordinated by New Commerce Communications (NCC). The firm conducted six rounds of
bidding on Tuesday for the domain name. Tom Milltizer, President of NCC said "The bidding got very agressive in the last two
rounds and the last and final round was over double the previous round". NCC provides merger and acquisition services for
Internet and telecommunications companies. They were approached by the previous owners in mid-March to sell the name.
