Watch it recover the lost ground by May. Why so long? :-) After all, doesn't T report on Tuesday freeing Armstrong to talk a little more openly on April 28th? ... a full 2 days before May arrives. Sooner or later the market will warm up to the idea that T isn't just a regulated monopoly anymore but a rather dynamic growth company. I
